Welcome to the Second Ray guided exercise with music infused with the energy of the Second Ray. If you have listened to the First Ray guided exercise, you know that this format is a little longer in duration than the introductory pieces. This exercise is just over twenty minutes long. Each one of these guided exercises begins with music and then there is a short guided section when you will hear my voice. You will be asked to relax and visualize certain scenes using your inner vision and imagination.

In this first installment of working with the Second Ray accompanied by the music infused with the energy of the Second Ray, you will be guided to relax and feel the Second Ray wrap you in the energy of Love. As you feel surrounded by this Love remember that in order to truly love others you must first love yourself. Spend some time sending love to yourself and if you encounter any resistance to loving yourself, choose to discover how to move beyond it. Choose to follow the path that opens your heart to self-love.

Second Ray Part 2

Welcome to the Second Ray - Part 2 guided exercise with music infused with the energy of the Second Ray. If you have listened to the Second Ray - Part 1 guided exercise, you know that I decided to create two separate musical exercises for the Second Ray. This second Part B is focused on the Wisdom energy of the Second Ray. It is not necessary to work with these two parts in any specific order. Begin wherever you feel drawn to.

In this exercise I invite you to consider that you have two heritages, the physical heritage represented by your personal history and your family history and a second spiritual heritage which consists of all of your experiences in this dimension and elsewhere. This concept of your dual heritage goes hand-in-hand with feeling connected and loved. Bring in the luminescent aqua-blue energy of Wisdom and see what insights come to you. Allow your mind to freely roam.

I suggest that you work with each one of these guided exercises more than once. You will likely have a different experience each time you work with any of these exercises.

You will be asked to relax and visualize certain scenes using your inner vision and imagination.

This format may be very comfortable for some while it may be new for others. The important thing to keep in mind is that you cannot do this wrong. Everyone will have a personal experience with each exercise and your experience is just as valid as anyone else’s. It is likely, however, that the more you do these exercises, the more comfortable you will be with the format and that is likely to produce different experiences.

​

The First Ray is referred to as Divine Will. Just what exactly does that mean? It means one thing for me and might mean something different for you. For me it means that I am the creator of my own life. I create my life through the choices I make every day. And as I live my life and make my personal choices, I am contributing to the further creation of the universe. I believe we are all connected, so what happens to one of us affects us all in some way.

In this first installment of working with the First Ray accompanied by the music infused with the energy of the First Ray, you will be guided to relax and feel the First Ray as an energy of change. The First Ray encourages us to be open to change, to not be afraid of change. Sometimes fear of change can prevent us from taking action. With so much opportunity here in this dimension to experience life, the choice to not experience it because of fear of change would seem to be limiting a person’s individual experience.

The First Ray helps then to break through any resistance you may feel to change. It helps us to see a bigger picture and develop a broader perspective on this world that we live in.
